These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GLP Journey application and website (the "Service"), provided by GLP Z INC ("GLP Z", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
GLP Journey is a personal tracking tool for people using GLP-1 medications. It allows you to log weight, meals, injections, side effects, and progress photos. The Service is for general wellness tracking only and is not medical advice. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for decisions about medication, dosage, diet, or symptoms.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or unauthorized access);
- resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or its components.
4. Intellectual Property
GLP Z INC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, design, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your active subscription.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you (a) materially breach these Terms, (b) fail to pay applicable fees, (c) create security or fraud risk, or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP Z INC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GLP Z INC harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLP Z INC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
