GLP Z INC stands behind GLP Journey. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GLP Journey Pro subscription purchases.

How it works

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all GLP Journey purchases. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at support@glpjourney.app and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Free trial

New users get 7 days of full access free — no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll be invited to subscribe to keep using GLP Journey Pro. You are never charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app. After cancellation, you keep access to GLP Journey Pro until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.
